Groundhogs live in pastures and rough terrain, littered with tree stumps and rocks. They sometimes make their homes under porches or sheds. Their fur colour ranges from light brown to dark brown.

Development and Behaviours

Breeding season occurs just after the end of hibernation, and the female gives birth to four or five young ones in May. They are herbivores who mainly feed on green plants.

Recommendations
